In 2002 my dominant hand was severed by glass. God’s Grace has taken over my creations ever since. There are no limits to God nor are there any definitions.

By God’s Hand, I am simultaneously squashing what doesn’t belong and building what does.

  1. This is what belongs in Eric’s Promise:

Farm fresh healthy food for the people:

Cooking squash, onions and peppers tonight. Spices came from The Simple Truth and a farmer.

2. USDA pantries are a joke but don’t laugh. Instead, don’t contribute. They give lab generated food, expired food and cancer causing foods.

Here is a photo of what Eric’s Promise is all about. Quality care for all people. Receive. Give. Keep it balanced. Keep it straight. Keep it simple. Keep it honest.

Thank you, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
